Über mich

Always pushing on, never giving up, always there for others. Until you realise you've lost yourself along the way. I know that feeling. For years I worked in a dynamic corporate environment, until illness, caring for a loved one and loss forced me to stop. Breathwork helped me find my way back to myself. At Puur Ademen, I now guide professionals who carry a lot of responsibility and long for calm. Through breathwork, hypnotherapy and personal attention, I help you let go of tension and old patterns, so you can once again experience space, calm and relaxation for yourself, and rediscover the joy of living.
